i dont know what happened to your pc, but after all these years, i dont think there is any chance your gpu or psu or ram will get damaged because of SSD and HDD, at all. however you should ditch the mobo at once.
also, you can find 2nd hand 75 or 61 mobo... but its 2nd hand :\ and 1st hand is probably ~5.7k.
i am suggesting that... because according to benchmarks there is no difference between haswell i5 4460 and sandy bridge 2400 i5 gaming performance even in processor intensive games unless you use 980Ti. it doesnt matter if its 4 years old... even for r9 290 its minimal.

i am also suggesting this because if you only spend 5.5k now, later you can upgrade to ddr4 and skylake or later i5. within 1 year ddr4 ram price will be lower than ddr3, and within 6 month you can get skylake i5 at ~14k with cheap mobo
