well all of these devices are Overpriced.

At least the build quality is solid.

With Surface Pro 4, you get the stylus for free(correct me if i am wrong). so its the SAME PRICE as iPad Pro!! which is crazy given the fact that iPad Pro is so useless compared to Surface Pro 4.

As for Surface Book, well it is faster than Mac Book Pro. Has a Free Stylus(correct me if i am wrong) which sells for $99, and you get a front facing camera which can be useful, given the fact that you can remove teh keyboard and start using it as a tablet. so $200 more than Mac Book Pro is not that bad.

and yes, Its "NOT EVEN APPLE" (read, not even useless).

Its just [EB]. Not Elite B[a]stard or anything like that.

If Microsoft was associated with being a luxury company then yes, they're pricing is reasonable some might say. But fact is people want to pay more for being able to show off a glowing half-bitten apple rather than what's inside.

thats most likely only in Bangladesh. In EU, NA and SEA, you carry an Apple around because

    1. You are not a power user.
    2. You dont have time to play with your gadgets and you only want it to work.
    3. You are not into Gadgets and you want a user friendly device that a 5 year old can operate.

Apple is not leading in any front these days, apart from riping your wallet. This is coming from me and i am a huge Apple fan boy.

BTW, the Surface line up looks cool too.

even the Lumia Phones are not bad either. I used to use a Windows Phone. I felt like "damn this windows app store has nothing good" which is TRUE. but the second i gave up my Lumia 1520 for a iPhone 6s, i started missing the Live tiles.

There is no way you can say that but I do hope they substantially improved QA.

The SP3 is an amazing device, but you cannot ignore the large number of complaints about the same issue. They still haven't managed to fix Wifi, gets significantly slow over time (I have the i3), chassis bends, overheating, screen yellowing, W10 tablet/PC mode delay, slow Onedrive sync...if half of these happened in Apple products, anti-Apple folks will jizz in their pants. I only use my SP3 for general office use, you'd think this would be perfect all the time.

I had a base model MBA for 3 years, had a wifi issue that was fixed a few weeks later. Other than that I have no complaints. Overpriced? Maybe, but I barely did any maintenance on it, and it always ran well.

while all that you complained about is true, you still bought one. I have no idea why but my uneducated guess would be that you like when new ideas come true and when a company pushes the technology dream line further towards the unstable frontier.

Microsoft lacks Apple's stability, no arguing that. But Apple lost the appetite for "true advancement" and goin after "boyfriend money". A Rose Gold Phone? Auto Vines as Photo? thats all they can do? I know for a fact that teh A9 is awesome and if Apple wants, it still can push itself further.

Look at the SP4 for a second. A liquid cooling system? WHAT? no one will argue that its not gonna be that big of a deal.. but still, WHAT?? its still a promising start isnt it??

Lumia Phones? 3GB Ram and Hexa/Octa ? Windows Continuum? you can do whatever you do with your phone on a larger monitor? WHAT? you can use mouse + Keyboard WHAT? its certainly not gonna win my X back, but it STILL is the first step towards something nice.

you dont always need everything stable. I need stability coz i cant afford to buy twenty things. But you can dream and support a movement. Look at the bright sides.

The new Microsoft is COOL. Hope they fix SP3 issues with SP4. The track pad changes along with the Pen changes sound promising.

Me too, hope the problems are fixed. But here's the thing, they actually aren't going full mainstream since their demographics are programmers, engineers and creative artists.

You are a BG member. and i honestly value a BG member a lot. i believe you actually ARE a power user and need all those Appstore/GooglePlay apps for everyday use. BUT, i have seen my fare share of bimbos who dont know "A" of Apps and use an iPhone/Android just to look cool.

Aint nothin wrong with tryin to look cool bro, but if half the people actually understood the thingy they are carryin around that they use to call other people around 3 am in teh morning, they would be much more productive.

for most of us, Phone apps are over rated. coz we use a thing called PC for too long every day. For the rest of us... Twitter, FB, Instagram, Vine, Snapchat, Tinder.. thats all we use.. Windows Phone got those afaik. We dont even use the Map apps or Weather Apps.. hell we ask ppl sheats that can be googled in three secs..

for 99% of us.. CURRENT apps we use.. laughable and not enough reason to switch Phone platforms.

    #Rant. #WentSouthTooFast. sorry...

The SP4 is very much mainstream and it's priced that way and up to professional grade.

I bought into it cause all the things I complained about with limited use of the SP2 was improved upon. But not I'm hesitant about SP4 because of the issues of the SP3.

I might get the new keyboard because it finally looks like they used some brains for it. Not having spaced out keys is annoying.

Liquid cooling is great but not something I'd consider upgrading for. Maybe current SP3 i7 users will appreciate the change more as they stand to benefit most from it.

At first I thought Continuum was full x86, then CvP told me it's ARM so WinRT type ¤¤¤¤ all over again but on a larger screen. Hopefully Universal Apps will have a meaningful impact and be an actual fix to a core feature. Anything else is chocolate on poop.

I bought into it cause all the things I complained about with limited use of the SP2 was improved upon. But not I'm hesitant about SP4 because of the issues of the SP3.

Both devices seems to be plagued with issues. SP4 has many firmware bugs affecting battery life and waking of display.

SB has two different SSDs, Samsung and Toshiba, and Samsung seems to have 1/3 the write performance...$1500 starting price and my normal non professional SSD is faster lol.
