Depends on how much of a performance decrease you consider as a bottleneck. For example, in games like Supreme Commander, GTA IV, Battlefield 3 etc there will be a boost of ~5 - 8 %if you get a quad SB over the 2100. If you consider that as a bottleneck then yes, it will. But in general a normal 560 is considered to be fine on an i3 - 2100, anything higher and a CPU upgrade is recommended.
