You can get G.Skill 8 GB RAM 1333Mhz CL-11 from Binary Logic at Tk.3800 . That's the cheapest I know. You can get TEAM 8 GB RAM 1600 Mhz at Impex for 4.5k. Also you can get G.Skill Ripjaws 8 GB from Binary Logic at 5.6k but it's probably not available now.

Corsair is expensive compared, it's 8 GB sticks at Ryans cost Tk. 6400.

Just found out a better deal. One Stop Gaming Solution just brought ADATA XPG V3 RAM in Bd. 2x4 GB Stick of DDR3 1600Mhz CL 9 costs just 4.4k !! Much better than going with cheap G.Skill or TEAM/Twinmos/Transcend.

I don't get people would even bother buying Corsair RAMs this expensive. I mean XPG already has heatsinks and same as the G Skills

Probably because Corsair RAMs are so popular, and are used in so many builds online that people think it's the best. It's so cheap outside BD, that it's very popular and you'll find thousands of people buying and reviewing them on Newegg or Amazon, so people think it's better because of it's popularity. But in reality almost all RAMs are as good as any other.

Just buy the value series(gskill) and OC it, cheapest you can get with the most performance if you're on a tight budget.

He is worried about latency though, but I also think getting the Value one and OCing is best, IF he can. But if someone offers him a better deal then it'd be great for him, so I think he can wait a bit longer.

It is, but the thing is that the G.SKILL Value ones are I think CL10 or 11, he wants CL9 but at low price.
