1.Uninstall whole catalyst manager
2.Use Driver Sweeper to clean the previous driver properly
2.Install the 11.10 preview 3 (remember preview 3 not 11.10 or preview 2)

4.this is the most important ...you need to create new folder for rage to cache the textures.
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\id software\rage.
(if appdata folder is hidden, unhide it by control panel, folder) as rage can not create this folder by itself

5.IN GAME graphics options to put an Image cache on "High" you will no longer get texture popping, plus the textures load MUCH smoother.
