    config 1: crosses budget

    mobo i3 13k
    4.5k 8gb
    1tb ~4k

ask vanguard if hercules pro is better than current cm gx2 or tt lp or tt tr2 or cm thunder, though psu geeks in BG usually recommends them instead of hercules pro
    psu ~3k

i hope seasonic or evga comes in Bd ^_^

2k casing... check if global has some good goldenfield casing, and vanguard has some delux casing... i liked ~2k budget valuetops

    r9 260x or 750gtx ~10.5k

borrow the dvd rom from vanguard to install windows then give it back to him and forget optical disk drive ever existed on earth.

    that monitor 6.3k

    keyboard mouse speaker ~1k

    total 44.5k

that moment when you realize even this pc beats console... because... wait for it... because this pc can run games way more than 30fps in 720p with high graphics/ultra graphics... where this gen consoles run many AAA games at 720p 30fps and 900p 30fps high graphics, bf4 60fps at 720p, gta 5 30fps cap, watch dogs 720p 30fps.

    config 2:

    4gb 2.5k
    even cheaper gpu ~7k
    total around 39k

tips: get a monitor with standard 16.9 resolution like 1600x900 at ~7.5k

i recommend core i3 more than i recommend good gpu, because you can always easily upgrade your gpu if needed.

    - - - Updated - - -

fx4000 series could be suggested to save bucks... but in bd amd cpu mobo are incredibly overpriced and cant be recommended

If you're going with Intel then here :

    CPU : Core 13 4130 =8.3k (like you said)
MoBo : GIGABYTE GA-H81-DS2V =4.6k (like you said)
    RAM : Any cheap DDR3 1333/1600 RAM. Get like Transcend/TEAM/ADATA/Cheval = ~2.1k. [Or G.SKILL 8 GB Value ram = 3.8k (From Binary Logic. 1333MHz though)]

HDD: Toshiba 1 TB =4k (like you said)
PSU : Corsair VS 450 = ~3.5k OR the GIGABYTE you said (not sure how good that is).
Monitor : Dell E2015HV 19.5 Inch =6.9k (900p though) [Try getting USED monitor to save money]
    GPU : Sapphire Radeon R7 260X = 10.5k
Case : Some Space/Deluxe/GIGABYTE case for like 2k.
Mouse : PROLINK EVOTIS GAMING =0.6k
    Keyboard = Logitech K120 =0.6k

TOTAL = 43.1k (I'm extremely sorry for going over budget but this is the best I can recommend. See my advice below to save some more money)

    Some advice :

    - Get USED Monitor to save money.
    - Reuse any HDD you have.
    - Try to get USED GPU, but not very old.
    - A good (better than new 2k ones) USED Case will be nice if you can find one.
    - Don't even think about ODD, and use USB to install Windows.

Seasonic PSU's are (going to be VERY SOON) available in BD . Global Brand is importing Seasonic PSU's, and will be sold by One Stop Gaming Solutions (a concern of Global Brand) and PCWorldRajshahi. For pricing check PCWR site, and probably join OSGS group (not sure about that though. i hardly use FB, but just check the pages to get updates)

You can't get the "best gaming PC" in that budget, but here's the best I can recommend for your budget :

    CPU : Core i3 4160 =8.7k
MoBo : GIGABYTE H81-DS2V = 4.6k OR GIGABYTE B85M-D3H if you can get it as it's more expensive but better.
    RAM : G.SKILL 8 GB (8x1) 1333 MHz = 3.8k
    HDD : Toshiba 1 TB =4k
PSU : Corsair VS450 (or if you can get better at this price) = 3.5k
    Monitor : Dell 19" (mentioned above) = 6.9k
    GPU : GIGABYTE GTX 750 Ti 2 GB = 13.1k
Keyboard + Mouse : CM Storm Devastator Combo. = 3.2k
Case : Whatever good case you can find within = 2k

    TOTAL : TK 49.8k

Sorry I couldn't recommend any Speaker/Headphone, because I don't know much about them and I couldn't fit in the budget.

But here are some advice :

    - Try to get USED Monitor, if possible 21.5 inch.
    - If you don't care much about looks and that much performance, then just go with the Prolink Mouse, and Logitech KB mentioned above. Very basic stuff.
    - Get all GIGABYTE products from VANGUARD for getting good price.
    - Reuse HDD if possible (like mentioned before)
    - If you somehow get some more money and want to spend it towards your PC, then update the thread or PM me so I'll suggest better components.
    - Don't expect your PC to be a beast gaming rig.

UPDATE : Try to save a little bit of more money and wait to get the GTX 950. It will be great for budget gaming. But if you are on an extremely tight budget, then keep the 750 Ti, and you can upgrade later to a 960/380 when you get the money. If you have a chance of upgrading in future, keep the 750 Ti.

wouldn't he be better off with an overclocked G3258 on a the cheapest Z87 AS rock board? or maybe gigabyte's cheaper in BD. also since it's so tight, does he really need 8gigs of ram? wouldn't 4gb adata be better?

and @furiousTaher actually it can't beat a ps4 in many games simply because they won't be as well optimized, visuals in Last of us remastered are stunning and i doubt it's possible to get that on this. and also it runs games at 900p and some at 1080p with 30fps and very rarely 60. not 720p. and yeah an overclocked AMD build would be better but sadly amd cpu/compatible mobo are overpriced.

G3258 is not available in BD, and there isn't also the Anniversary edition ASRock Z97 which is the cheap one. So there is no option for him to get those, or I'd have definitely recommended those. Although some Non-Z MoBo's can actually OC the G3258.

    i3 mobo 13k
    1tb 4k
    8gb ~4.3k
    psu 3k
    casing 2k
    gtx 950 ~15k~16k
    monitor 7k-8k
    speaker 700tk
    mouse keyboard 1k.
    total 50k

i am sorry i couldnt suggest gaming mouse keyboard coz getting a better gpu is more important for you to get a better mouse.

or get 4gb ram and use that money to get x7 or other mouse... keyboard wont matter for gta 5 or witcher 3 lol

gtx 950 is an awesome card but you need to wait ~3weeks for it
