    Where is the PSU?

    ---------- Post added at 19:12 ---------- Previous post was at 18:49 ----------

    Processor: Intel Core i5 2500k- 20k

    CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Frio-5.5k

    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3- 13k

RAM: A-DATA XPG Gaming series 2GBX4=8GB 1600Mhz- 7.2k(1.8k per stick)

    HardDisk: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 64MB Cache SATA3 6.0GBPS- 7.8k

Graphics Card: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GTX580- 35k

Optical: Asus DVD R/W Dual Layer- 1.5k

    PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower 650w- 10.5k/

    Case: Thermaltake Armor A60-7.4k

Monitor: Asus MS228H LED 21.5" Full HD- 15k

    Keyboard: A4tech Multimedia- .5k

    Mouse: A4 X7 Laser Gaming mouse-1.4k

    Speaker: Altec Lansing Octane- 4.4k

    UPS: Micro 1000VA- 5.5k

Total: 134.7k or 1,34,700BDT. The prices are not 100% accurate. you have to do a quick market survey to get the exact prices.

    * As you are a gamer, 2600k is a overkill. 2500k will be sufficient.
    * 8GB RAM is enough for Gaming. You must go for the 1600Mhz XPGs instead of those cheap 1333Mhz ones.
    * Graphics Card is the most important component of a gaming rig. That's why I've suggested the GTX580. You shouldn't go for anything lower than that because you have a very decent budget. You'll surely enjoy this beast.
    * Keyboard, mouse, speaker vary user to user. these also depend on the available budget. . I've suggested the best within your budget. You can modify those by increasing your budget.

    thanks.

    +1 Extreme Noob's config.

With that budget, don't get anything less than a 570 and 2500k. If you need to sacrifice something then start with the 3rd party cooler.

Default Re: I want to buy a gaming pc...budget tk.1,30,000

    Here are my suggestions;

    Option 1:

    Core i7 2600k - 29k
    ASUS P8Z68-V - 16.5k
    A-DATA XPG 4GB 1600mhz x2, 8GB - 7.4k
    Gigabyte GTX580 GV-N580UD-15I - 36k
    Samsung F3 1TB - 5k
    Samsung S22A300B 21.5" LED Monitor - 16k
    Thermaltake V9 BlacX Edition Case - 7.5k
    Delta 650W PSU - 9k

    Total : Around 126k. (or 1,26,000tk)

    Option 2:

    Core i7 2600k - 29k
    ASUS P8Z68-V - 16.5k
    A-DATA XPG 4GB 1600mhz x2, 8GB - 7.4k
    Gigabyte HD6970 2GB - 31k
    Samsung F3 1TB - 5k
    Samsumg P2450 24" LCD Monitor - 24k
    Thermaltake V9 BlacX Edition Case - 7.5k
    Delta 650W PSU - 9k

    Total : Around 129k. (or 1,29,000tk)

    ....................

I would go with Option 1 if i were you. And did not include a UPS as you didn't mention that you need one or not.

    1. As far as i know, the Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 costs 13k, not the Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3. :/

    2. 2x 4GB sticks would be better imo.

    3. Asus MS228H Monitors are no more 15k, they are about 17-18k now, and are really really really rare.

    4. He doesn't need speakers.

As far as I know Global brand (pvt.) Limited has brought only 2GB modules of XPGs. That's why I've suggested 2GBX4. Are you sure they've got 4GB sticks?
