Refill ink use on HP f2280!
I have been using this printer for some time for home use.
I have never been able to use a cartridge past one month! If not used frequently, the ink dries up and pages come out blank!
I started using refills - and was only able to refill a cartridge for 3 times. AFter that - no matter how much I refill, pages come out blank and that is when I go get a new one.
This time, after getting a new cartridge, I refilled and installed the old cartridge - but the printer keeps showing the error light.
My question - is there a way to use these cartridges with refills properly? More than 3-4 times?
When I put in refilled cartridges - the error light blinks - any way to bypass that and make the printer print?
Re: Refill ink use on HP f2280!
the newer HP printers dont accept Refill cartridges.. buggers made that sure. i had an old one at my house, in which refills worked fine. so my dad went on to buy another HP for his office, but that one rejects every refill. only brand cartridges work.. i guess bad luck buddy..
Edit: oh i dint read ur post properly. u actually had them working in urs earlier. in that case, no that particular cartridge wont work anymore, but get a new one, and u shud be able to refill it a few more times. don put too much ink in it though.. it gets messy inside if u do.
