Silencer is one the best carry heroes. His Glaives of Wisdom cuts through enemy's soul. There are very few heroes with the ability to solo mid lane against a good Nortrom.

His DPS is OMG type. Lets talk about this hero here. Skill builds and Item builds plz. Replays plz.

not true. for current version of dota, silencer is one of the worst carry hero. period.
there's a huge debate going on about this on the DA forums currently.
only a handful of people are on silencer's side.
this is clearly understandable. silencer can never out-farm other true carry heroes.
and can not support the team either (except a GS).
when his glaives hurt too much (super late game), he also needs a BKB to
put some decent damage. but think what happens when your opponent also
gets BKB......

Sad, but true...the only time he can shine if he has a mass channel/channel ulti team with him..early meka/dagon...ulti ...push...

Yea, that's pretty sad! He must play second fiddle to a dedicated carry hero now!
