BracNet in Uttara (StarNet)

As many of you know, My ISP still has some 'issues'...I maybe changing it soon, so I need to gather data on all the ISP's available.

So, anyone know about the services of BracNet in Uttara? I want to pay Tk.3000 Connection fee and Tk.1200/Month for whatever the speed, as long as it doesn't dc me in games and gives me 24/7 net..

So any news?

Brac has a latecny of 70+ and ping of 100+ in DC's server. LOL.

bracnet in uttara is terrible,i woudnt suggest it.
if u take zip u can easily play WC,also u mite wanna check out smile,ive heard people using that too to play.
