    Wink easy 7600GT ramsink mod

    its a inno3d 7600GT

at default it OC at 610/ 790 @ full stability

after the vrams are sinked theey can be easily overclcoked

to 610 / 840 which means 1680mhz vram!! from just 1400mhz stock ....with 100% stability.

and the trick is proper cooling of vrams

the mod can be done with usual houshold stuff

    1. spare heatsink ( cut it with a hexoblade the kind of blade use to cut rod just go to hardware shop n ask for hexo blade) or buy 1 with 50-100 taka

    2.superglue 20 taka

3.thermal paste ( with 100 taka u can buy 1 huge silicon paste from gulistan-stadium or buy a capsul like cpu paste from IDB with 50 taka) i prefer the 1st option.

    3.toothpick (borrow 1 if u dun have 1)

4.niddle that comes with typical super glue for gluing. (free)

    5.Sanding paper 800 or 1000 ( hardware shop @ 30 taka)

    6.tissue paper

    7. nail polish remover (15 taka)

    n dats it.

whole think wont cost more than 200 taka in my case it did cost me like 120 taka.

first cut the heat sink in proper shape of ur vram (usually smaller than ur vram size now sand the surface with sanding paper . then place thin layer Thermal paste ..which ill call "TP" on the heatsink and

ALWAYS avoid the 4 corner of HS (heat sink) as this corner will be on super glue. SG AND TM wont match.

so, after putting TM and putting SG(super glue) put the heatsink on the vram slowly and make sure UR corner of HS touches the vram first (dat means SG should touch the chip 1st then the rest of the HS . BE as less shaky as possible .

    several trying mi8 be usefull.

    NOW this is important:

IF any of the corner (dat has SG) is showing that ur TM is spilling out then u have to do the whole this from the begining. it means ur SG is useless.

once u hav failed u have to completely wash the surface of the HS

and Vram with wet tissue paper. Do use nail polish remover on HS

BUT not OVER vram. mi8 be risky ...but its effective if u can use safely. i used nail polish remover with toilet tissue.

so when u finally put the HS on vram put some light weight on the

HS and observe for few seconds. Dun worry if other sides of vram is showing spilled TM. after 5 minutes clean two opposite side of vram

with toothpick and reapply SG to make sure ( it actually work as fail safe )

And DONT put too much SG as u wont be able to remove the HS later if u wish to. So put 1/3 drop SG with the help of niddle.

after 20 mins check ur work. U should be able to hold the card by holding only the HS =means ur HS should not come off as u put all the weight of the card on the HS .

and its always easy to drop the HS later if u want just insert a blade in between the vram and HS and move toward corners. dats it undone!

    after

u can do the same on voltage regulator as well if u want to.

now it performs far better and looks even better
