Default Suggest me Full PC Config. ~100k [ASAP]

Suggest me a full PC built including everything like UPS. Budget ~100k but flexible. Will buy this for my roommate within next few hours. It'd help a lot if you could reply as soon as possible. Thanks!

    gaming setup-

    290x ~30k
    i5 mobo h85 or z87 22-26k
    590w hercules ~7k contact vanguard

    ram 8gb 7k or 12gb?

    casing 7k

    monitor asus ips 15k

    ~90k

    keyboard mouse speaker ~4k
sound card is important if he listens to music... but i wont add the budget here.

    ups ~6k

i know some of you will be mad why i didnt mention an ssd in 1300$ pc+monitor setup.
my answer is- is he a hardcore gamer? then buying a better gpu and monitor is more important than an ssd... because to me... loading time doesnt matter much... you can load windows 10 fast.. and games like gta 5 only takes 1 to 3 minutes to load in regular harddrive... smaller games even load within 10 to 30 seconds.

if you want an ssd reduce graphics card budget to 290 or less... and buy a less expensive motherboard... ssds are only 6k

Thanks! Will hit the market tomorrow and see whats available. I think I will go with @giant 's config as it fits buyers special needs like i7, a good DAC etc. And he's not much of a gamer so graphics power isn't very important.

If that's the case then get a cheaper GPU and a better SSD.

we all have friends who think i7 is the best thing to buy for gaming even if it is coupled with a 6450 or 730 4Gig!!! hahaha we all have em

btw, op's friend is not a hardcore gamer... many people need the Hyper Threading of i7 for various software works... maybe that's why he needs an i7

Yeah like @giant said buyer is one of those people who has money to burn and doesnt care about performance at all. I can predict that all he'll play with this rig is the original Call of duty all day long. But what can I say. I shouldn't have even bother to suggest him anything, but afterall he's my roommate and I can't let this amount of money go to waste in even more stupid way in front of my eyes.
