    • GPU : Nvidia 560ti oc edition
    • RAM : i can hold on to 4GB ddr3 for couple of months as i am short in budget

    CPU: ~16k
    Motherboard: 5.6k (min.)
    GPU: 22k
    RAM: 2.2k
    Monitor: ~16k
    PSU: 6k
    Case: 4.5k
    HDD: 4.7k
    OD: ~1.5k
    *No idea about UPS*
    Total (without UPS): 76.3k

So get a cheaper monitor, within 10~11k to bring down the total price under/around 70k. And don't buy a 550Ti.

the difference between 560ti & 550ti is pretty decent(560ti almost 2X as fast as a 550ti)....so if you are a gamer then of course its worth spending even twice for a 560ti.....

    800 VA UPS 3000BDT (apollo)
    1200 VA ~4500BDT (apollo)

apollo ups are quiet good, i've been using one for sometime.

don't reduce the price of monitor as u can't upgrade your monitor easily. so it'd be better to get a 1080p monitor with hdmi. i'd refer 22"/20" based on your space, money and preference.
it'd be better to cut prices from ram,hdd or dvd drive as you can easily upgrade them in the future. go with 2 gb ram for now and 500gb hdd. but reducing hdd space actually cuts very little cost.
another large portion of your money will go after motherboard. so if you actually don't plan to overclock and sli/crossfire in future then don't waste money on a feature heavy motherboard. go for a microatx mobo with core features and usb 3 if you want.

actually i haven't gone to market in a long time so i don't have any idea which mobo they have in stock and their prices. but i think u can easily find a good gigabyte motherboard with decent OC capability within your range, though i'm not sure about usb3. and i'd suggest u to stay away from intel mobo if you want to oc. it'd be better to go to idb directly and check smart, global and computer source to see the available asus, gigabyte or msi mobos and their prices. note the model no.s and then check on the internet before buying. good luck.

i5 2400/2500 processors don't allow overclocking, so forget about the Overclocking part.

    Here's what you can get,

    Core i5 2400 - 16k
    Gigabyte H67MA-USB3-B3 - 9.5k
    Gigabyte GTX 560Ti - 21k
    Team 4GB DDR3 RAM - 2.4k
    Samsung B2230 21.5" LCD Monitor - 13.3k
    Delta 500W PSU - 5.5k
    Samsung 1TB 7200RPM HDD - 4.7k
    Asus 24x DVDRW - 1.7k
    Any Case - 2k

    Total is somewhat around 76k.

If you really NEED USB3, then you can go for the motherboard i mentioned above, otherwise you can go for the cheaper Gigabyte H61M-S2V-B3 for 6k. And the Asus MS228H Monitor is not available at the moment, so no luck with that. And by any means, do get the GTX 560Ti and the Delta 500W PSU, and yes, a Delta 500W PSU is enough for a 560Ti.

I would suggest you to get the cheaper motherboard if you're on a tight budget, otherwise, go for the above mentioned config if you can increase your budget to something around 75k. Worth every penny!
