member involvement in BG affairs

i guess by now you members know who started this BG thing and have been working behind it. but off late it is becoming difficult for us to run everything in full swing or take care of everything in BG as we have other stuffs to do too. so we think while the directors will be there to watch over and make critical decisions; it's time registered members be involved actively in BG affairs.

there are basically 2 types of affairs i am talking abt:
a. organizing the BG tournaments and leagues
b. conducting other tasks related to BG

organizing tournaments: as you know the leagues are what is supposed to make BG special. so far there have been FIFA and DotA Leagues.. and cs league is coming. before starting a league, the aspects- how to run the league or the tournament- have to be discussed and planned. the leagues take place over long period of time, and organizers have to watch over if the matches are taking place as scheduled, referee the matches, check if ppl are uploading demos and update results. so a not-so-small group of volunteers is required to conduct the leagues properly.

other tasks: there are a few other things like keeping the website updated, making graphics, blogging, article writing in magazines, maintaining tech support etc etc.

i guess there are enthuastic members who would come up to volunteer or with suggestions about how to make things better. keep them coming.

Umm, I am helping with the BGCSL, and I donno how much authority I have, but I would like some help, coz I am here in Uttara, and I can't make it to all matches, I'll be the ref in Uttara, Banani matches, but I need help for Malibag and Dhanmondi matches. Lord said he might help, but we need more help, is there anyone who can watch over the matches at Sniper? And I made a config file, made by myself, I want BG to use that, don't worry, it's legit, I checked, only difference is, I put Banglagamer, and our rules in there, instead of CEVO's ones. =]

We are trying to get members involved in running BG...ranks and titles will follow surely....but you have to wait a bit before wanting a rank....

BGCSL is a failure, I am losing hope, and if you guys allow it, I want to change it to 1.6, coz...

Aldex is having a 1.6 tourni on this Thursday and Friday.
WCG is on the 23rd, 24th and 25th.

As much as I hate WCG, I wanna play and win in ANY competition, atleast compete.

So, if you make it 1.6 it will help everyone.

And PEOPLE WHO PLAY CSS, not CSS PLAYERS, get a life. =]. CS is not just a shooting game, if you want that go play CoD. CS is the #1 FPS multiplayer coz of it's awesome shooting, realism and tactical side. Shooting chaile go play CoD. =]
