i dont know a lot about cheap android. but xiaomi redmi 2 and yu yuphoria, and some other lenovo and huawei set are available at a price less than 7000 rupee in india, converted to taka it takes 9k, but i know importing them through importers make the price over 13k bdt facepalm.

note that walton, symphony, micromax/yu nobody makes android phones, they rebrand phones. where xiaomi and huawei make phones.

is symphony android one is available in BD? i think symphony roar series is android one... android one will be good choice because of updates... and maybe they will provide better warranty, though i heard BD android rebranders don't wanna honor warranty claims.

None of these are good what you've mentioned, I want to warn to be conscious about buying cheap products. you might have thought the benefits of cheap price bt they won't be long lasting. there is always stark difference between brand and rebrand. So, you should be careful about buying very cheap phone. I would even suggest you to buy brand phone even if it comes second hand with less use and fresh condition. I would say firstly go for Samsung/Sony/Motorola/HTC, and then One plus one, then Xaiomi, then go for Nokia/Microsoft. I was too blind about rebrand worst quality few yrs back. I used many rebrand phones and incurred the loss of touch and unreal speed of processor. It is absolutely a kind of eye wash they just try to sell to the customer persuading the speed is good enough. If your budget is around 10k BDT then I would say go for Galaxy S4 Mini (Second Hand) with around 11K just and you'll get this undoubtedly.

At that budget best bet would be Walton phones. I am using one which costs 5k with 512mb and it runs just fine. At 7k you would get a phone with 1gb ram.
