I gave my O'levels in May 2011, after the first sitting [Bengali (85) and Bangladesh Studies (93)], the year before:

English--------------> 100 (A*)
Maths D------------> 98 (A*)
Physics-------------> 97 (A*)
Computer Studies---> 96 (A*)
Chemistry----------> 95 (A*)
Biology ------------> 90 (A*) (cut it a bit close...)
Additional Maths----> 84 (A)

So thats 6A*s and 1A

How did flyboy get 100 in English?? Its absolutely impossible... Even foreign students don't get above 97... Im not teasing u flyboy neither underestimating ur capabilities... Afaik, bd thakay highest uthsay 95

I was in the last batch of GCE O levels. After that they switched to IGCSE I think.

Ahh, I guess then we would be 6months earlier. Anyways trust me, the 1st exams of IGCSE O' levels were damn easy. I had to retake Chemistry when I was preparing for my A' levels. All I got was 1-2days, & I was so afraid of giving the test. But when I got my paper, I was laughing. I'm not meaning any disrespect to anyone, but Edexcel was definitely harder than the new syllabus, & the 1st exams were nothing. Chemistry questions were like Class-7 questions.

I visited my accounting teacher after the results of my O levels came out, he was preparing some IGCSE students for their May exams and I took a look at one of their question papers. Needless to say, they were really lucky they got such easy papers to solve. My accounting exam was tough! But atleast I got an A. I dnt mean to offend anyone giving their IGCSE exams this year. Im just sayin.

How does IGCSE show the scaled scores? All scores are scaled but Edexcel used to show the raw score with the scaled grade, IGCSE has a fixed A at 80% right? So they probably show the scaled score and grade.

Btw Ki edexcel IGCSE naki CIE?

Actually I was extremely shocked when I found out I got 100 in English (never expected it ). Edexcel( O'levels and IGCSE) upor to temon kono idea nai but CIE te ami personally duijon ke chini who got 100 in three subjects ( including English) and quite a few of my friends got 90+
