5670 DDR5 is better for gaming....because of memory bandwidth difference and memory clock of the GPU...ar playing difference khellei bujhben...

Memory Bandwidth: Bandwidth is the maximum amount of information (measured in megabytes per second) that can be transported past the external memory interface within a second. It's worked out by multiplying the bus width by its memory clock speed. In the case of DDR memory, the result should be multiplied by 2 once again. If DDR5, multiply by 4 instead. The higher the bandwidth is, the better the card will be in general. It especially helps with anti-aliasing, HDR and high resolutions.

    5670 GDDR3 Memory bandwidth - 25.8 GB/s, Memory clock - 1600 MHZ
    5670 GDDR5 Memory bandwidth - 64.0 GB/s, Memory clock - 4000 MHZ
    6670 GDDR5 Memory bandwidth - 64.0 GB/s, Memory clock - 4000 MHZ

Pixel rate & Texel rate also matters....

    hope it helps.

    n e way u wont find any new 5670 ddr5 these days....just buy a new 6670 GDDR5 @9k....
