    Core i5 2400 - 16k
    Gigabyte HA65M-UD3H-B3 - 7.5k
    Samsung B2030 20" LCD Monitor - 11.5k
    ECS GTX 560 - 15.5k
    Samsung 500GB HDD - 3.2k
    ADATA 4GB DDR3 RAM - 2.4k
    Asus 24x DVDRW - 1.8k
    Any Casing - 2k

Total comes up around 59k, you can always bargain down the prices a bit.

The motherboard mentioned above does have USB3, so yeah, the best you can get in your budget.

IMO, a 20" monitor is actually a necessity, so yea.

And note that you'll need a TRUE 500W PSU for your GTX560, if you plan to get it from abroad, tell your brother to get a good 500W/550W PSU, or if you plan to get it from here, then get a Delta 500W PSU for 5.5k.

Ok, now let me know one more thing. If.... For sm reason i 've to buy a lower grfx like hd 5770 or have to go to i3 instead of i5, is this would be good idea to buy DELL INSPIRON 15R N5110 I5 at 62k? it has nvidia gt525. Is this worthy to play crysis type game at mid level?

Owk dude, there's no point of comparing a notebook with a pc, if you want something for gaming, get a pc, if you want something for other jobs, it's your choice, you can get the notebook. And where do you live? In Dhaka right?

There won't be difference if you play at 1080p resolution. So,get i3 and a full hd monitor.Otherwise error's build is solid.

@SinisterFahim are you sure about the mobo price.I saw it priced $110 in newegg!
