Default Anyone else having connectivity issues?

For nearly 2 weeks now, I've had trouble connecting with my Gigaset modem. It connects, but there is heavy packet loss (50-75%) and CINR reading jumps through the roof - around 32-34. The normal readings are around 20-22.

I've called Qubee-CS numerous times, only to be told that they have forwarded the complaint and it will be resolved soon. I'm starting to think that this might be one of the added "perks" of their doubled packages; everything went downhill after that announcement.

What I want to know is whether I am the only one having these problems.

For the last few weeks,I've noticed that often after 6:00PM the response dies after a few minutes and requires reconnection. The thing is that I'm connected but the net doesn't resolve anything and timesout,no pages load,no sites respond, ping fails with total data loss,I have moved back to qubee dns but still happens, tried with my other dns including several from BD but this problem seems to persist, don't know why but CS are totally clueless and says might be a virus or something. Different users are facing different issues,it seems that qubee really gone over the head.
