This is interesting. Just to give an update about my excess charging, they actually listened and did a verification. Well it took 3 days but in the end they send me a bill(email) of Tk.388 and then finally they send me another bill(email & sms) that says my overall due is Tk.299,which is a bit less of Tk.15 from my own calculation. Not bad I say a discount probably or something. I am pretty impressed. Another update: I tried to contact Banglalion via email & their website query form, but they never actually replied/responded to any of my queries at all and its already 3 days excluding the day I filed my queries. I wonder if they don't have time to reply or care about a potential to-be customer,I don't know how they treat their customers. I am unimpressed, this is the second time I didn't get any reply from them. I always get a reply what so ever from Qubee no matter if I write as a non-customer or a customer, they care the same. I am thinking of jumping the ship but I am worried about this lack of customer query response, after all bad customer service can make a great product useless and painful. Thanks [I know I sound like an unhappy dude who is always looking for problems but I believe I should share what I know to help people to decide better even though most of my comments are potential enough to stave off anyone from actually thinking to take a decision at all,but I just share it anyway.]

Guys lets close this one, qubee strikes again and I don't want to bore you with that anymore. I moved to Blion(and pretty happy with it),and is trying to resolve all my dues and billing problems with qubee, and then I will be sending my qubee account to suspended state for all eternity.

Thanks for all the feedback and support. I am really grateful.

Umm,yep Banglalion has FUP but BLion gives your better speed,Qubee limits it top speed to your stated package speed and most of the times ensures that it stays below your package limit or 3/4th of it. For example if your package speed in Qubee is 512kbps(64KB/s) then most of the time the top speed you can achieve is 448kbps(56KB/s) and a stable speed of around 272kbps(34KB/s). But in case of Blion you can get a speed of 512kbps(64KB/s),I get 680kbps(85KB/s) when using multi-threaded download, but Qubee only reaches 440kbps(55KB/s),but in case of Qubee I receive a CINR of 32dB while in case of Blion I get a stable 25dB. For both Qubee and Blion I use a 512kbps package. If you want, you can ask around the Blion users, the speed if fairly good and the Customer Care Unit though full of Id10t cases but still fast and doesn't keep you on hold for more than 30seconds when you want to talk to a real person. I don't get FUP though,I use a limited 12GB(14GB in Blion for the same price).
[These are my experiences, yours might vary.]

Besides,Blion has a better billing and usage management system. In qubee your usage data is updated only after 12:00AM each day and counts up from zero. In banglalion they start from your package allowance and goes downward towards zero and gets updated every 10 minutes so you have a better tracking of your usage and you'll know when you might be crossing over to excess usage. Blion will let you use your line even if you have Tk.300+ due but in case of Qubee if you have any due, even its Tk.10,they'll disable your MAC without any notice.
BTW I forgot to mention that Qubee doesn't care whatever you tell 'em,I specifically asked them multiple times to send me an email when something is wrong with my account,I also put it on the first line of my email and query to not call me unless I ask them to,but no,they'll always call me at odd times of the day and try to convince me either whatever I have complained doesn't exist or its not their fault .... etc. Its a real pain,I mean c'mon if my bill is showing an excess data that I didn't use or my bill is too high or too low and I complain, they can do a verification and take action, its not worth calling me up and explaining what I have told them instead of what they did about it and when the problem will be fixed. I am super pissed. I suppose I don't have to explain anymore why a Qubee Fan Boy moves to Banglalion.

Then again these are my personal experience and opinion, your might vary.
    Thanks

Overall if you consider, neither Qubee nor Banglalion are better compared to each other, one gives better speed and billing management, and the other gives better customer care. BTW(Blion gives 1GB or 2GB more than Qubee in every package for the same price). If we could combine this then we could think of something to approve. A poor speed and messy billing system can be as much painful as poor customer support.

I guess we don't have options here,as there aren't any rules for ISPs or its imposed prices, just like there aren't any rules for employers in BD to set their requirements(popular example is: the candidate must have masters degree and at least 15 years or more experience in larger industries/same field and can't be more than 30years old on the day of interview!),even if there are, none are properly being applied. Overall its the BD government management community that should be blamed,I believe a proper set of rules and regulations for service providers and customers can help greatly to ensure fair service and proper profit.

    Thanks

Qubee is giving 30-40 KB/s to my friend
he is using 1 Mbps connection.
    this is Sh--it,
    he's paying 2600 BDT.
    Tx power always fluctuates from -4 to 16, RSSI - 48 , CINR 34,
He is in Dhanmondi Area. uses the standing card sized modem.

    arefinzz,

I hope you know the difference between 50-60kbps and 50-60KBps
if you are getting 50-60Kbps then you get only 7-8 KB of down speed.
please clarify. is there any cradle ( signal booster) for qubee like ollo's?
