Logitech G510 issue.....

ami gotokal ekta logitech g510 kinlam - straight from CSL..........ami kine anr pore jeta face korchi sheta holo - majhe majhei randomly double typing hocche.......maney hotat kore jokhon i ami type korchi dekha gelo 2 ta key back to back press hoy but ami ekbar i chap disi.............bujhtesi na ghotona ki.......net e dekhlam oneker i same shomossha hocche........and they dont know how to fix it........can anyone help?

GO to them....I also bought G110 from CS but i am not having any issue...after all it has 1 year warranty go ask them gently and if they don't response, then sue them....

bro as it is new, i sugest you take it back to CSL and tell them about it.....they're sure to response bcoz it not been long that you got it.....

nah they didnt do anything odd there......kamal bhai and minhaz bhai gave 100% support - tested 3 G510's.....all were faulty - it seems to be a firmware issue.....they gave me a PEN drive of 4GB and a Brand new G110........didn't even asked for the invoice........cause they've seen me purchasing that yesterday evening - and their attitude was admirable.....frankly..........So far G510's lot is gonna be returned - imo - not sure......their own policy.....but i told them if all 3 came out faulty maybe it's a faulty transaction.......just like the SBridge motherboards at the first place......anyways.......my G110 is performing just fine now - random one or 2 times double press - i think it's simply my hand - aka - TYPO...... but not as frequent and as irritating like G510.

I'm gonna agree with @Sumon Datta bhai, I'm sure rahat bhai j apner previous keyboard e ai typo chilona, ei problem ta pore aro boro kisute turn nite pare, apni jehetu besh valo customer, apni problem tar kotha bolle unara of course change kore dibe keyboard, probably next lot ashle.
