Question How about SkullCnady Hesh 2 ?

I have intended to purchase ShullChandy Hesh 2 from Head Phone Republic, a facebook group. It will be cost 5k. How about this HP ? How the sound quality and also the build quality ? Is there any other better HP within this range ? I am going to use this HP with my PC , not with any portable device.
    Any suggestion ?
    Thank you.

I would advise against buying it. Firstly the manufacturer has discontinued making the product and most reviews on it are preety poor. and yes for around that price range try kingston hyper X cloud or turtle beach.

Im not really sure if it's available here, so you could try the fb groups that take online orders or just order it yourself. It will be slightly overpriced since they will charge a premium for ordering online but even then for the price a kingston hyper X cloud or turtle beach beats skullcandy anyday. Read up the reviews on them.

It's decent but the kingston Hyper X Cloud is mostly a gaming headset not for listening to music, it'll still work though. If your main desire is music then i'd suggest getting the "Sennheiser HD 429" or "AKG K77"

i am not a sound geek, but according to many geeks over the internet skullcandy is overpriced...

    check this for earphones... http://www.head-fi.org/t/478568/mult...7-05-15-p-1070

i could not get proper headphone 'benchmark'
but this is not bad- http://headphones.specout.com/

now, according to internet geeks... this> http://www.amazon.com/Gemini-HSR-100.../dp/B006Y2BI04

i heard in a review that this fights with 200$-300$ headphone

though i dont see a proper in depth review of it though.

The only skullcandy I've ever used was Skullcandy Ink'd 2. And it sounded considerably worse than my current 10$ panasonic IEMs.

i dont think you can find any good non-gaming earphones/headphones in shops in BD(except for xiaomi earphones and apple earphones). there were some good creative headphones but i dont know if people still importing them without orders. i saw some sennheiser and skullcandy headphone and earphones in bashundhara city or gadget and gear years ago.

    check the gemini one too.
and if you are so afraid to import then you should buy the xiaomi hifi headphone from the shop, or buy piston 3 at 1800tk and save money.

    - - - Updated - - -

xiaomi piston 3 is 14$ in amazon... fights with 50$ earphones.

    - - - Updated - - -

though as far i know- for a 50$ or more budget headphones are better than earphones.

People ditch money on "GAMING" headphones for positional audio. While for music bass, frequency and quality comes to play.

The Sennheiser is within that budget but i've just searched and didn't find any available here, importing isn't really bad so you could try it out you just need to place an order with someone (or use your own card if you have one) and it'll arrive in a week or two
