btw, creator, FF is perfectly ok. sometimes the site itself is optimized for IE (like Prothom-alo.com) and can't view properly with FF.
dunno what's your problem with this one though...im using FF3 as well.

I meant to write reply here hehe.

    1. Make the font SolaimanLipi available for download (link to their site).
    2. Add it to your theme's CSS at the end of the font family.

When designing a website solely for Bangla usage, one might want to include style switchers, so that users can easily increase the size of text, if they are having problems.

Both client *and* the site needs to be setup.

fonts need not to be available for download.
there's a way to define font in at the beginning of the page such that if the use does not have that font, it will auto download and install without bothering the user i.e. a transparent process.

btw, i had to increase the text size 10x to read what you guys are writing...any solutions?

Embedding fonts in web pages, a technology by M$ - known as EOT, only works with IE.. FF, Opera, Safari does not support EOT.

Solution to 10x magnification --> Download any unicode Bangla font in your PC. Should work. I don't have to zoom.

duh! didn't know that...but MS is doing a good thing here..FF and others should support it.

so what is currently being used? Arial Unicode MS?
