    Thats simply not possible on that cooler & board.
    Only some Asus boards & few lucky gigabyte boards can go/get past 4.5G

    It is Better than the H70 . its only 4 degrees off from the Noctua D H14 cooler in (Core i7 950 4.2 ghz test)

    Thats bcoz the fans in Frio/Frio OCK are far better than the ones in H70/Noctua...If u equip H70 & notuca with better fans then it'll surly beat Frio OCK.H70 & NH-D14's efficiency is far better than OCK.
    An H70 with a push/pull setup also shaves a few degrees of it.

    ^Agreed. The Frio is actually taller than the OCK, but this looks huge because it's quite wider than the Frio, and because of all the plastic on it. Nice stuff The blue fans killed the looks.

    I have stripped my Frio and took out all those plastic shrouds, and just fastened the fans with some wire. Looking for some fan clips, if anyone has them or knows where they are available, please pm me

    yeah the white fans actually looked better than the blue 1s.

    Try fastening the fans with zip ties. Or this might help.
