I guess it should be Link3. Actually there are speciefic net connection for particular online game. for playing Counter Strike Source and Dota(garena) then Link3 is the best option. For playing dota on RGC ADSL is the best. For playing NFS and other games, I actually don't have any idea

For "Online Gaming" a good ISP which is BDIX connected & has Mango routing with a good amount of b/w! In this case BDCOM/SMILE was the best, but with their packet loss, it's not recommended anymore

I wish BTCL used BDIX & somehow had Mango routing features, it would have been awesome!

For any gaming platform be it "Counterstrike,Warcraft3,DotA,WoW,Starcraft2" what you need to have for a good online gaming experience should atleast have the
following: *High Speed (30KBps+ for BD)
*Stability (i.e Ping should be constant)
    *No packet loss
    *No ports being blocked
    *Proper routing.

Routing:Mango exchanges packets at singtel which is why many people from Bangladesh play lag free and with very low ping on SG/MY/almost any asian hosts. BTCL at the moment however has setup nodes so BTCL users at the moment can play without high pings, unlike before where BTCL packets went all the way to EUROPE ! .

Ports:BTCL blocks all the ports for CS ,even if you use original steam you'll not be able to play.

Anyway see if your ISP can provide you will all these minimum features and then decide, at the moment Link3 seems to cover all these points very easily !

You can use Link3, it's running better, faster and lag free right at the moment.
512 in general is not that much of a match of your demands playing games online, gameranger requires high upload rate, slow band definitely causing all the latency and the reason for those kicks. Better off with 712 k plan, also you can beef it up asking ND plan if so inclined.
