    Here you go:
    1st:
    AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 18k
    MSI 880GMA-E45 8k
    ADATA 2x2GB DDR3-1333MHz 3.2k
    Gigabyte HD6850 or GTX460 15k
    Delta 500W 5.5k
    Samsung F3 500GB 3k
    Chassis 2k
    Total: 54.7k
    Left for UPS: 2.3k

    2nd:
    AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 15.5k
    MSI 880GMA-E45 8k
    ADATA 2x2GB DDR3-1333MHz 3.2k
    ECS GTX 550 Ti 12k
    Tt TR2 500W 4.5k
    Samsung F3 500GB 3k
    Chassis 2k
    Total: 48.2k
    Left for UPS: 8.8k
So if you like the second config, get a 1000VA UPS.

    Go for the 1090T.

For UPS, go for Micro. I don't know about the brands Frank mentioned, by I can assure you that Micro is a very good brand.
