    * Whats the resolution he wants to play games? 1 GB cards should be enough unless he plays in very high resolution.

    * Sapphire cards are good, but UCC sucks.

    * Go for Delta 500W PSU, they are better than TT having 3 rails of +12v where TT has 2 rails.

    * As I said 1GB should be sufficient.

    * Not sure, may be not.

    You'll get delta at 'Binary Logic'. bt don't know about the current price.
    and i think a 600w will be perfect.

    @N...B
    'max'ing won't depend your gpu RAM. It will depend mostly on other spec of the GPU.
    For 1900x1200 res, 1GB ought to be enough.
    Delta psu ought to be found in Binary Logic, and yes they are better than TT. Price is at the same range of TT

    All Sapphire cards are imported by UCC, but its better to buy from other store, you may get that at lower price

    I recommend a Delta 650W for 6950. It costs ~9k at Binary Logic.

    Actually I have not heard bad things about the quality of Sapphire Radeons even though UCC brings them. You can get it from Ryans or Mashnoons, if there are warranty issues they'll handle whatever problems arise with UCC. And try to get the 2GB 6950, because most of them can be unlocked to a 6970.

    The grade B stands for a certain product classification as in motherboards, graphics card or something that has to do with a PCB which is for computing use as the same classifications can be seen on intel motherboards too, as far as I know so there's no grade C or grade D Sapphire cards, buy the card via another shop instead of buying it directly from UCC which'll give you a slight edge while claiming warranty, as you can hold the shop responsible if something goes wrong, but as I've heard some of the people here have had experiences with poor RMA support and pricing when products were directly bought from UCC, personally my experience with GPU and UCC'S RMA service is a complete contrast of what the others have experienced but then again 8400GS is a negligible GPU so my experience doesn't count.

    To be honest, I've not heard anything bad about the quality of Sapphire products imported by UCC, and it's actually a good decision to get the 2GB variant because as I mentioned, it has the potential to be unlocked to a 6970.

    And I want everyone's opinion on this subject, if a 675W Toughpower can be found for 8200tk, isn't it better to go for that rather than 650W delta for 9000Tk?
