If you are going to buy HD6790, the PSU that comes in bundle with a 3k chassis will not be enough. I recommend you at least a TR2 500W which costs ~4.5k.

    1. for 1000 taka more, swap your 6790 with a hd 6850/gtx 460 1gb
    2. save 2000 taka by getting a 1080p monitor with around 12000 taka like djbeggar said
    3. invest in a better psu just like Dee said

you'll have a much more powerful (gpu, monitor), stable (psu) machine gaming-wise!

Getting the GTX460/HD6850 & getting a cheap 1080p Montior will be a better idea.

6790 is 13.5k and kinda power hungry...within 15.5k you can easily get a 6850(less power hungry & faster)....

@s1ahmed , when will you buy your pc? Market availability is a huge issue now :/

And here's what you can get,

    Core i3 2100 - 10,000tk
    Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2V-B3 - 6,000tk
    2x2GB DDR3 RAM - 3,400tk
    1TB HDD - 4,500tk
    DVDRW - 1,500tk
    Sapphire HD 6850 - 15,000tk
    Thermaltake TR2 500W PSU - 4,500tk
    Case - 2,000tk
    Samsung B2030 20" Monitor - 12,000tk

Total is somewhat just around 58k, i think you can bargain the extra 2k out
