GTX 560 ti is a good GPU to SLI. To build an AMD processor based SLI system, it will better if he wait for AMD bulldozer (which will come out later in this year). AFAIK the bulldozer motherboard will cost him 12000tk and a mid range bulldozer will cost 18000tk in BD.
AMD bulldozer processor= 18000 (estimated price after 3 month)
bulldozer motherboard= 12000 (estimated price after 3 month)
    8 GB DDR3 1600 Ram = 8000 (estimated price after 3 month)
    GTX 560 ti (2 piece)= 43500 (estimated price after 3 month)
    1 TB HDD (any brand)= 4750
    Thermaltake TPX-775MPCEU= 13500 (Power Supply)
    Thermaltake Armor A60= 7100 (Casing)
    Keyboard + mouse = 2000
Total estimated price after 3 month= 108850 TK
This is the configuration without sound card and speaker. Need to know if he already have those or not.
