    Default Thermaltake tr2 500w

i recently bought a thermaltake TR2 500W psu, but i noticed that there is one pin missing from the 24-pin mobo connector :O Is this the same case for every one who owns a TR2 500? nd does the psu remain completely silent or makes noise sometimes ?
    thnx in advance.
