Default No IPX support- CS 1.6

The Problem - when i hit the "FIND SERVERS" on CS 1.6/CSS, no servers shows. And on CSS after switching some tabs it says couldnt connect to master server list. and on cs 1.6 it stays blank. this problem used to occur sometimes. and wasnt permanent. after i logged off and on couple of time or just one time i could find servers, join zx cs 1.6 public server by just putting the IP adress. but from yesterday it became permanent! and couldnt solve it by loggin off and on or reinstalling the game! So clueless ATM..

Now about My ISP. Sadly its Banglalion Wimax.. but my Ping stays between 40-70 , 85% of the time i play and sometimes (15%) the ping fluctuates between 100-700 but its only just 10-15% of the whole 100% time i play. have a look at my PING .. So any help guys?
