Default [Urgent Help Needed] Video Hardware Error

I have been using Sapphire ATi Radeon HD5750 since Feb 02, 2011, and it has been causing random BSODs from the beginning.

Every time after startup, maybe a few minutes later, BSODs occur. Previously, BSODs showed up only after starting Mozilla Firefox, but now, it occurs frequently.

After checking for System Problems, I found that the BSODs are caused because of Video Hardware Error.

    Here are some screenshots,

    Which driver do u use?
If above 11.4 then i have to tell to take the simple/best/surest way.
Back up ur imprtent files, then formatt and reinstall ur os(win7 i guess) and install 11.4 or 11.5a(i didn't use it yet though, but heard it is good)...
Pson't use driver sweeper to uninstall catalyst any more.

    I'm using 11.5.

I installed Windows 7 alot of times, but same result every time.
11.2, 11.3, 11.4, 11.5, I have used all of these, but still the problem persists.

What do you say, will I install Windows 7 again? And what will I use, 11.5 or 11.5a?

I used 11.4 WHQL, but the problem was not solved. Can it be a PSU problem?

Bro, when I play games, like Crysis 2, BFBC2, NFSHP, NFSS2, etc, at highest possible settings, there is no problem. Will I "try getting" it RMA'd? You know, it's UCC. :/

Happened to a friend of mine with his Gigabyte Radeon 5770. I'm guessing you can play games perfectly fine, but the BSOD's happen when you're on your desktop (2D mode), right? Anyways, he RMA'd his card and things are running fine now. I guess that's what you need to do, too.

Then, I don't think the problem is with GPU! afaik you are running a OCed system! so, change your OC settings 1st. & take a look at the ram setting. make it default. & do a clean OS setup.
& since game run korle kono prob na, so GPU er prob howar kono qus e ase na. & RMA er kotha to r o porer kotha.
PSU er prob hole game khelar somoy game crash korto. so, PSU is ok. tao onno kono PSU nia test kore dekhte paro.
BTW, did you do the stress test? If you don't, then do it.

@Red Devil , bro, the problem persists even when everything is set to defaults. And I discovered one thing, the BSOD is delayed when the CPU is at 3.33GHz, but at stock speeds, BSODs occur a few minutes after startup. And in the next boot, there is no problem. And this goes on.

I saw in a forum that when the Core and memory clocks are decreased in 2D forum, instability occurs. I'll try doing what is written there, and let you know. Thanks.
