A 6850 would be better, or a GTX460, tho the latter one would consume more power. And remember that you're gonna need good PSUs, atleast true 450W for 6850 (500W recommended) , 500W for GTX460.

Assuming you have some partners in your project, make sure your project doesn't have more than one partner (excluding yourself). If possible, start with 15 PC and no partners at all.
If you are doing this alone, great. Just make sure you don't spend on things too much. Better hardware doesn't mean a successful gamezone.
Having seeing countless gamezones since ~2003, this is the best piece of advice I can give to you.

Absolutely! Just make sure you install popular games like GTA: Vice City, Call of Duty: ModernWarefare: 2/3 and Internet connection is a MUST! Better if you get it from SmileBD/BDCom.

In my opinion, 5830's would be overkill. You can get 5770's for 11,000tk instead and save some bucks. And AC is a must, good and spacious tables and good enough headphones and ups's or a generator.

    i've used 5670.dude,that was great i must say.but for a game zone,i dont think 5670 is a better choice.moreover,5670 ddr5 is like SHONAR HORIN...so 5770 or 6770 would b a better choice that that.

A binary logic rep, are you?

Your shop has good rep here, so I don't think you have much to worry about

Since you're here and all, mind updating us on the cooler master import situation?
