Default Move to Night bcube 1000 is recommended.

Ok just today my move to bcube night infinity 1000(night 1mbps) from bcube infinity 512 completed,I got the username(dumb, added 1000 in place of 512,duh) and started using it at once.I will say I am satisfied.

Reasons I moved is because of my usage type,my availability and cost cutdown.Let me explain.

I mainly download, play on garena constantly except exam time,do very little surfing for different reasons. As for downloading,I am varsity goer, that means I am out before 10 in the morning and back home somewhat after 8 in night. So as we have load-shedding problems in our country even if I left my PC running after the first load-shedding it usually shuts down(I don't have a 1h backup ips or ups)leaving my dl stopped. So the net is just wasted.
Even if I am home as in holidays load-shedding still occurs almost at 1 hour intervals(this year it has reduced, but still it will start) till almost 9pm to 10pm.So whether weekday or weekend I have stable current only after 9pm or 10pm at-least.So my 24hr net usage gets confined to that 9pm or 10pm to 10 am.This is my usage and availability.

Now about price cutdown,The 512 line costs about 1700 taka per month, that is 5100 taka for 3 months. The 1000 line costs 3300 taka for three months, making it 1100 taka per month. And in case your want to get infinity 256,it costs 1035 taka per month amking it 3100 taka for three moths,Now see you will be getting a 1 Mbps line for 1100 taka per month, compared to the other packages definitely better. So here is cost cutdown. This is what I thought when I asked for the change.

I will also add that if you average usage then 1mbps for 12 hours is higher than 512 for 24 hours(though you might not get to use it for 24 hrs at all).

Now that I have got it,I must mention that I was looking at the average speed I was getting and it is 55-58 for the 512 line, that is if I take 64kB to be 100% then a little over 24% loss there.now for the 1000 line I am averaging currently 100-112,so if I take 128kB to be 100% then the loss is surprisingly below 20%.That matters a lot to me.And don't ask me,I don't know why!Though the upload speed is sucking, can't get more than 50kB.Now these scores are for torrents, but if you are a direct down-loader,there is nothing to say,I tried my hf premium account,I am getting something like 125-178 KBps.Now do the math,if you download at this speed for 12 hours you will get more than the other packages.

I didn't think of mentioning surfing or streaming..I suck at both..do very little surfing, don't care much for online life, streaming I have never done, never,so for these you will have to get others opinion.

So that is my noobish review of the night bcube 1000 package. If you are planning on getting a btcl connection,if your usage and availability is somewhat like mine, then this is the best package recommended for you.Enjoy.

yeah,I know you will call that a downside, but think if you save up and get it once,in the long run you are saving more than you are spending, and getting more bang for your buck at the same time too.

To me worst backdrop is the connection wire- I mean the telephone wire sucks for data transferring. It causes lots of speed fluctuation and data loss. Specially during rain and heavy storm, BCUBE internet will give you lots of pleasure Very often during heavy rain and storm the net line experience serious trouble. But overall, i will say that the price is low compare to other ISPs and their offer

@Shetu can't help that bro........I mine current in nikunjo area has been so stable for so long this year(during the summer time that is)that I am afraid that it might be a new facade of bd govt....I am afraid they might make me leave with out any current for the rest of the year..or worse with out any net usage or something worse.........ufff....
@shamir ,sorry dude it's been raining for sometime here past few days...even last nite I think..nothing of that serious drop happened to me ever...neither did I ever see too much fluctuations for it being a phone line,I mean that is the point,so we can use phone lines for nets with out hassles, even somewhere industrial ac wiring is considered to be used as means for net line..
