Thread: Help me buying an HD-TV

Default Help me buy an HD-TV

I am willing to buy an HD TV, preferably a 40"-42" one. I am not looking for the latest and greatest. My budget is 35-45k-ish. I don't need any of the internet-3D etc gimmicky functionality. It should be 1080p, should support media playback via usb( yes I need that), should have reasonable picture quality.
Please suggest me some tv models and their prices. ( Lower price is preferred)
    Thanks.

Do you have any idea how good this is:
    http://www.sony-asia.com/product/klv-40r352b
It is significantly cheaper. I don't really need the smart tv functionality.

So I visited a couple shops in BC. Sony is offering installment payment and some discounts. Is it safe to buy from chowdhury/startech? I think I will go for the w600B one.

if you don't want warranty, go for it, its the cheapest you will get it in Bangladesh.

Can any one suggest me a 4K TV in 1 lak range, no extra features needed. only need good panel and HDMI 2.0 support (most of the 4K TVs automatically supports HDMI 2.0).

OP, hope you don't mind me asking.

But.. the price is increasing n after eid it'll be 48k

I will buy it today in sha allah.

Haven't been able to find the w600b model chowdhury electronics says they have only one piece, and won't sell it for anything less than 48,500. Startech, ACMart don't have it. Will look for it in polton, but from the trend I fear I won't find it there either :/ Any other suggestion anyone? :/

Bought it finally. Had to pay a higher price due to their claim of supply shortage, my bad. But till now I am very much happy with the product
