You can get a Gigabyte/Sapphire HD5770, and with that you can play all games at high settings Costs around 11,000, and you can get a decent Delux or a ValueTop 500W PSU for around 1,500 - 2,000tk

Graphics cards that fit in your budget:
    ATi Radeon HD5770 1GB GDDR5 ~11K
    ATi Radeon HD5750 1GB GDDR5 ~10.5K
    NVIDIA GTS 450 1GB GDDR5 ~10K

You can buy either one of this. What PSU do you have? You're not gonna need a very good PSU to run one of these, but you'll need quite good one from a good brand.

HEY Schizo, THOUGH I am a nvidia enthusiast, in your case i would prefer hd 5770 cuz gts 450 is not meant to be on 1920x1800 res, but for future gaming ,physx and dx 12 i would prefer gts 450, cuz 400 series performs better than ati when it is tested on dx 11, and also they overclocks well, so dx 12 will be not so tough for gtx 450 but remember, if u wana play on 1920x1800 or on tv, go for hd 5770 but if not,go for gtx 450 and of course either asus or gigabyte.msi is also good but u should never go for xfx or ecs or other. saphire is also good for ati.

I would commend the 6850, just in case you do change your processor after a year or so, the card will still be healthy for games in 2 - 3 years to come, but 5770 is a card which is slower than a 4870, where as the 6850 in Dx 11 is almost as fast as a 5850, and when overclocked it does take the lead !
But given that there are great deals for 5850's at the moment, I wouldnt hesitate to grab one of them, I think they can be had for something about 15, which is a very good price. 5850's can be really fast when overclocked and is a great card at stock speeds too.
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

    1.dx12 certified? Gts450?
2.in tesselation fermi do good . Not precisely in dx11.
    3.physx is the future?
R u serious?do u even know how efficient it is? U may say 'bullet' is the future if u really want to talk about...
Did u see 'handcock' movie? Along with this, in many other movies,games(gta4...) that was used.phyx is not an open source coding path. So dead end.
    Fanboism? Nah, no chance...
But i support those who price well and do less sh-itty things for marketing.

For his budget a 5770 and a decent psu is the best option like several before me suggested. 5770>450

Off-topic, The movie is Hancock. Handcock means something else I think, though there might be a parody pron movie by that name somewhere .

Go for 6850 if you can increase your budget. Its currently selling for 15.5K AFAIK but you will also need a good PSU for that card so I think you are better off with a 5770+a good PSU. It will fit perfectly on your budget

6850 performs a lil bit better than the 460 in some games & it overclocks just as well. The price is also almost same so it all comes down to which brand do u favour ATI or Nvidia? What do you need? Eyefinity support or Physx?

460>6850, not 6870. Eyefinity out of the question lol, way to underpowered for that. Get an pre-OC'd 460 if u can, that way you won't have to mess around with anything.

6850 performs better then 460 in some games but then again 460 performs better than 6850 in some nvidia friendly games so its 6850=460 but yeah eyefinity is useless unless you have 3 giant sized monitor lOl

He can also go for a GTX 460, I dunno how that slipped my mind, but yes GTX 460 is slower than a HD6850 at stock speeds, but can be a monster since the card has amazing Overclocking headroom.
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

Not 460 and 6850 wars again D; Anyway, reason behind not suggesting a 460 is that it is kind of a power hungry card. If you want to overclock and have enough headroom to be safe, you'll atleast need a TRUE 500W PSU. Thats it, main reason, end of the 460 vs 6850 story -__-

on topic.........psu'r chinta na thakle 6850, 5850, 460 shob-i good options. psu'r Chinta thakle 460 na kenai bhalo, 6850 does consume relatively less power. budget constrained hole get a 5770 and a delux psu as others have already mentioned.
