    Default i3 650 + h55, Good or bad?

I want to buy a new pc and this classified seemed pretty interesting. So if there's a better and cheaper option for me or any suggestion regarding the given specs please enlighten me.

Ummm, not a good idea imo :/

You can get an AMD setup in that ~22k price range, which too would be better than this i3 setup.

    Something like this :

    AMD Athlon II X4 640 - 8.5k
    Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2P - 4k
    2GB DDR3 RAM - 1.7k
    500GB HDD - 4k
    Case and DVDRW - 4k

Is this setup gonna perform better than the i3 one? Which one to choose when considering overclocking?

Don't waste your money on i3, buy what error suggested. The best config you can get within that price range.
