Post Help with Buying a new pc

I really couldn't go to the computer market these days since i'm a bit busy. I wanted to buy a new pc and my budget is 21k. I have a ps3 so i wouldn't use the pc to play games or watch movies. I just want to use windows 7 properly, facbook and skype only.

Only your fan making sound and temps being high doesn't make the processor bad. It's your fan that's making the sound, not the processor, maybe your one is just faulty.

Default Re: Help with Buying a new pc

I think your fan control wasnt set on or something. The stock cooler isnt supposed to be that noisy unless its running at 100%, and all stock coolers are noisy at 100% ->a speed they shouldnt be running at especially at idle

To the OP: go for an Athlon II X2 or X4, I dont know about availability but you can try your luck with a Phenom II X2 and unlock it to a X4
