Replay Upload/Donwload Central - REVAMPED

I've revamped the replay upload/download central of BG with a new mod.

The DotA League replays available right now in the server has been added in the new UL/DL Central. There are also many other files which were uploaded in the server previously. They will be imported in the new UL/DL Central in phases.

Right now, there is only one category- DotA. appropriate categories will be added. You can upload files and when uploading, select appropriate category for the file.

The current settings of UL/DL Central are:

Files Per Page: 20
Allowed File Extensions: zip rar tar gz w3g
Allowed Image Extensions: jpg jpeg jpg2 gif png
Allow Comments: Yes
Allow Images: Yes
Download Delay: 60 sec.
Can View Files: Yes
Can Download Files: Yes
Can Rate Files: Yes
Can Comment on Files: Yes
Can Manage Own Comments: Yes
Can Manage All Comments: No
Can Upload Images: Yes
Can Link to Files: Yes
Can Upload Files: Yes
Can Avoid Moderation Queue: Yes
Can Manage Moderation Queue: No
Can Edit Own Files: Yes
Can Edit All Files: No
Can View Disabled Download Section: No
maximum MB that a user can upload: 10
maximum MB that a user can download in one day: 20
maximum number of files that a user can download in one day: 5
a user will only receive receive a download limit reached message if BOTH the MB and file per day limit are reached.

A representative of DotA League will be given moderation rights for approving DotA Replays.

Does it mean that to upload, there has to be a moderatioin first?

umm yes, moderation is required now. but it can go.

I think it is not needed...the moderator of this centre can delete any replays that he deems un-necessary.

one person can upload only 10 mb? that just 10 replayes!

nope, i think that is the file size limit, i.e. you cannot upload files that are more than 10MB in size. probably it should be increased to 15-20MB.

now, there has to proper categories here. i suggest these categories and sub-categories:

Game Replays & Video Clips
--DotA League Replays
--DotA General Replays
--CS General Demos
--FIFA General Replays
--Warcraft Replays
--UT Demos
...

Game Patches, Fixes & Updates
--CoD
--NFS
--Warcraft
--FIFA
...

Softwares

more categories can be added as it evolves.

i was working on these two days ago but my net went to vacation again.
now i have taken a broadband connection. hopefully, will short things out quickly

I'm working on it but let's keep this section ONLY for replay files.
patches/softwares etc are not allowed for the time being.

The Replay central upgrade is now complete.

some settings have been changed (refer to the first post for old settings) for the best.

all the categories have been added. please use this ONLY for replay (or replay video) files. no patches/softwares for the time being.

zip/rar are there for video replay files and fifa/cnc/cod/nfs replay files extension (if any).

the reasons why I dont want people to use this for anything else are:
1. we have to create specific rules first (what are allowed and what not) = "Friday"
2. max file size has to be sorted out.
3. we also have to consider bg server bandwidth

the UL/DL central was not updated after the forum reinstall, but it is working now.

some of the files may be placed in wrong category, pls mention those here if you find one.
