facepalm......lol...good one cvp......bangladesh is digital......only it's leaders are analog,in most cases they are clog-work material so progress happens backwards or very slow(not even taking account corruption).....so if something like this waive happens and they keep at it at a yearly or 6 monthly rate(keeps waiving)then maybe my dream of using a 7mb line in my own country won't be so far fetched before I leave it.

They are planning to "Waive", meaning eliminate Value Added Tax (VAT) completely from SIM Cards and Internet users (from existing 15%) and they will reduce tax on ISP equipments (like servers, routers, switches, etc.) from existing 8% - 31% to just flat 4%. This is great news!

True. Thought about switching to BTCL. But since I am getting the same speed at same price as them (lower in case of 512kbps and same in case of 1mbps), minus the hassle, who needs BCrap? But alas....the constant ping loss negates the possibility of playing DotA online.
