hmm checked out the rules.

if i've understood everything clearly,
1. throw in penalty box is disallowed.
2. direct corner hitting the bar is disallowed. it means there is no short corner rule.
3. no rule about chip through either. that means no tolerence zone or anything now, any long pass goes.

balanced rules imo. i've been promoting similar kind of rules from the beginning. it encourages q+w skills and prevents the throw-in bug.
