We have formally (not thru email) submitted the petition to a BTCL personnel (Deputy Director) today and our discussion regarding this matter has been really constructive
Now we will submit this to MANGO in the same manner. We are currently trying to arrange an appointment with a high (as high as possible) ranking official of MANGO. If you think you can arrange this for us or know someone how can manage this, please let us know. It is very urgent.
