    Default help

So I have btcl adsl modem and connection,tp link wifi router, two pcs,one historical, one old and an itouch.okay the itouch is just for mentions, but I need instructions on how can I give static ip to any of the computers?is that possible?what I am saying is bcube or adsl as you know gives ppoe ip address.but now I need to give one of my pcs(the historical one)a static ip,for torrenting purposes, say from the wifi router both my pcs are connected,so both of them are getting a dynamic ip that I can't control, can I give them static ips?making the router have the dynamic ip and pcs get static ips?is that possible?
