    Question A stable internet connection

Well, I've been using BTCL's asymmetric(or asynchronous) digital subscriber line for well over a year now. They have good download speeds and the monthly fee is reasonably priced compared to the likes of Qubee and BanglaLion. However, they have a very unstable connection. The amount of packet loss is unacceptable! Of course, this happens from time to time, and they usually fix it within a day. Nevertheless, I am getting tired of calling them every month.

I would like to know if there are other Internet Service Providers that can provide a stable internet connection with reduced ping times.

I'm kinda new to this forum. I apologize if I have made any mistakes.
