    Rangs always charge way higher then its international price due to having a higher profit margin and due to taxes. They also stock items at the very beginning of its life cycle, so even if price drops a year later they are still selling the items bought at the higher price. Whereas other grey market stores tends to sell at a much lower profit margin and they skip some of the taxes if not all. Rangs is the sole authorized distributor in BD. Therefore they are able to provide you complete warranty. Whereas grey market shops claims to provide you with warranty but they are no good at all. If your TV goes out the next day, they won't do anything to help you out except of may be charge alot of money to buy spare parts and fixed it. I have heard that these grey market shops sells company refurbished TV which is why they are so cheap. But I have heard some people accusing Rangs of the same crime.

    The Indian link which you provided claims that the TV is worth Rs43K somewhat around Tk55K. I would suggest you go in all of these shops. Check the TVs personally. Look at the frame, the screen, performance. Note their serial number and manufacturing date if you can. Take your time. then make a judgement call. IF you are convinced that both are selling the same item and you can take care of ur TV then buy from the grey market. If you find Rangs' TV to be better, and you prefer your peace of mind over money then buy it from Rangs

    RANGS = Official Dealer

    Others = Gray Market

    RANGS takes the extra money for tax imo. But parts replacement warranty is only 1 year iirc. The 3 year warranty frequently heard must be the service warranty. Not sure though. IIRC @minitt or @mr_08 has one. PM him or them.

    Last year I bought the w700b. Visited both the official Sony Rangs outlet as well as many other unofficial sellers. Price difference between the two was huge. And the make of the TVs looked same to me. So I went for the unofficial one.
    Unofficial sellers nornally give service warranty of five years. Costs of spare parts will be on my side afaik. In my case, it's good so far no problems Masha Allah. :3

    I have a question.

    On the specification page it says:
    Viewing Angle 89° (Right/Left), 89° (Up/Down)

    What does this mean? is it really 89°? Like in the picture below?
    Name:  Untitled-1.png

Size:  6.2 KB

    or is it 178°? Like it should actually be?

    IIRC TVs have this hidden mode or menu like a BIOS in PC that has the log of how much time has the unit been active and various weird TV gimmicks and stuff that has to be accessed via some remote buttons. Google it.
