if you are looking to know what makes a gaming mouse different from a normal mouse is it's dpi, dpi signifies the speed you get to move your mouse. The highest the dpi the better the mouse and the higher the price will be. There are some other factors considers in a gaming mouse is buttons available. Some people chooses highest dpi but only 2 basic button mouse with a scroll key in. But pro gamer chooses mouse with various buttons to get advantage in multplayer gaming as those buttons can be used for different shortcuts.
