Then people will abuse this system and it will be hard to keep track of things.
moreover, most forums don't offer this service and the fews who do, always puts this "one time only" restriction.

Although, multiple chances can be given accompanied by a price each time...say 500 post count reduction

its no big deal actually.. only two members requested to me to change their names before. i dont think there will be hardly any abuse.
