You might get an HD6870/HD6950 and a 600-650W PSU within that range.

Here are 2 configs you can get

    2 x 6850's - 30k
    650W Thermaltake Toughpower PSU - 8.5k

    Total 38.5k

    -----------

    HD 6970 - 33k
    650W Thermaltake Toughpower PSU - 8.5k

    Total 41.5k

Among these, imo, if you want a Dual-GPU setup, you can get the 6850 Crossfirex setup. If you can increase you budget to about 40k, you can get a 6970 too

btw, @SEEKER , what mobo do you have? :S MSI 890FXA-GD70? or GD65?

MSI 890 ? I do believe that there is no motherboard that goes by this name,
    Is it the 890GX GD-65 or the 890FX GD-70 ?
Well even if the Gx has less PCI-e lanes, 8x still should be enough, well you could opt for 6850 crossfire ? they arent bad at all, and people suggesting GTX 460 sli should know that this mobo does not natively support sli, can be used via hacked drivers but some games may have issues with those.
    FTW!!!!!!!!!!

The 5970 available here probably is a fake one.

And, if he wants to go for dual GPU, 2x6850 would be best.

Hacked drivers use korte hobe, if he isnt experienced in multi GPU setup id say leave it, I remember back when I had 8800GT sli, SLI er 2 ta rendering mode chilo, I had to change to different settings for different games, FPS in Multi gpu maybe high, but micro stutters are still an issue

Probably the chip is fake. :\ Anything can happen, do not expect a card priced twenty ¤¤¤¤in' six thousand to be a 5970.

Will you be going to America or Australia? Or will you buy it online and ship it by DHL or something? If you're going abroad anytime soon, i don't think you'll have to give any extra charges. But remember one thing, warranty is a big issue.
