The Direct Cu & Sapphire (the 1 wid the custom cooler) are both good. There is Gigabyte 6850 for 15.5k i think. But As far as i know ASUS HD 6850 Direct Cu is not here in bd.The Sapphire 6850 is 17k while the Sapphire ToXiC is 18k (U may get it for less). For that Budget I would suggest Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 460 1 GB which is 15.5k & beats HD 6850 when Overclocked though a Overclocked HD 6850 will beat a GTX 460 @ high Res.If u play in high res then HD 6850 but @ low res GTX 460 is the way to go. Read here. a delta 500W will do but u may need to increase ur budget bcoz it cost 5k & U may buy it frm MashNoons Computers or Onix Computers or Ryans Computers (all of em are at IDB).But dont buy frm UCC.Even if u buy sapphire get it frm another shop.and a Overclocked HD 6850 Competes wid HD 6870 (Stock).U might be think that OC'in a GPU will do damage/reduce life but actually it wont if u can mantain good temps. Also Dont look at Ugine Heaven Benchmarks as NV cards score better anyway.Synthetic Benchmarks mean nothing in real life performance.
Anymore help needed pls feel free to ask & welcome to BG!!

Between the Sapphire and the Asus one, go for the Asus HD 6850. Or if you don't find the Asus one, you can get a Gigabyte HD6850 for 15.5k with a ThermalTake Litepower 500W for 4k. So 19.5k te hoye jabe Gigabyte er ta kinle

@pcgamer bhai and @Mohiuddin bhai got this config for someone some days ago Maybe they can help too

    ---------- Post added at 01:52 ---------- Previous post was at 01:47 ----------

The Sapphire HD6850 is imported by UCC, which isn't a trustworthy shop, so it's better to stay away from Sapphire products for the time being. I wouldn't suggest a GTX 460, because it consumes more power than a 6850, and as you have a tight budget, the 6850 would be the way to go

I would prefer Asus over Sapphire, if I had to choose between these two, but my first choice is Gigabyte. You can follow error's suggestion.

Gigabyte is better i think.... It is less priced. Few days ago ekjon vaia ei forum ei bolsilen, HD6850 is 15k now. So, u can get it with a TT litepower 500w or Gigabyte superb 550p(450watt). But there is an issue with the TT litepower. You can check this thread for detailed info.

I am not able to confirm whether the HD6850 is windforce edition or not but i can confirm that the GTX 460 frm gigabyte is Windforce so the HD 6850 should be too....This card will be compatible with both delta 500W & Gigabyte Superb 550p.But i would prefer the Delta 1 as I'm using it in my 2nd rig....

Get the Delta 500W...it has more power (+50 Watt) and higher efficiency rating rather then the Gigabyte one...

@ Rakin the Devil ...Can you please give me your "Delta part number" of your PSU. I visited the Delta website. There i saw 450W maximum power supplies.

    Here is the link.

    http://www.delta.com.tw/product/ps/sps

If your model is listed inthat chart, please notify me. Because i need to give my brother the details of the PSU

    @Mighty Gamer ,
    vai, first of all,
    gigabyte:
[email protected] one is thermally awesome(69c in furmark) ,even beating asus direct cu by 3~c in furmark.
2.but, cons of gigabyte one is , it use non-usual voltage regulator ,so u can't increase voltage by any software still.so u get highes 875~890mhz stable .
3.another goodthing, its fan goes totally off if u want when the temp is below 45c

    [email protected] one:
1.it is also cool(68c max in furmark),and does very good when oced over 900mhz ,it can handle temps better at oc cause of its direct cu heatpipe.
2.oc by volt mod is a fly, u get very very stable 960mhz clock , even in furmark it don't pass 85c (73max in metro)...my 5770 gig custom cooled card got 87c at default in furmark.
And u get 17~20% fps boost on 3d applications (i tested crysis , metro , avp, unigine heaven) at this clock, super stable.
    My suggestion:
1.u play in 1600x1050 res max, afford to buy real 500w branded psu and want phyx ,go 4 gtx 460.
    2. U play 1920x1080 res, want to pay less on psu, have plan cfx/sli, go 4 6850.
    ......
    1. U don't wanna oc, go 4 gigabyte 6850.
    2. U want oc, ektu taka khoroch kore asus ta nao.
