yes. you have to do it from your router.

What you should do is set your Modem to Routing mode. In order to do this,

    1. In the navigation tree on the left of the configuration page, choose Basic > WAN Setting.
    2. Select Yes from the Active drop-down combo box and select Routing from the Mode drop-down combo box.
    3. Enter the operator name BTCL (optional), user name, and password in the Login Information dialog box and keep the default settings of other parameters.
    4. Click Submit to save the settings.

Now go to the Virtual Server option in your modem (look around for it, I'm behind a router and don't have direct access to modem settings right now). In the IP address field, enter your computer's LAN IP (usually 192.168.1.2), set protocol to all, and choose the ports you want to forward.

Let me know if you can get it to work, or if you face any other problems.

it's heavily used for online games & torrents.if u use u torrent u might see red icon at the right down end corner.if u put ur mouse cursor on it it will explain something is blocking the connection.
unfortunately btcl & link3 are the only two that allows ports to be forwarded manually.
    i don't know about smile-bdcom.but,ispros doesn't allow port forwarding.
